OIG/SAM Exclusion Check

Each month CPNW runs a screening of all student and faculty records against two federal excluded provider lists. The results of the screenings are stored and available for your retrieval each month. The data sources for this check are:

• Office of Inspector General(OIG) list of Excluded Individuals and Entities(LEIE)
• General Services Administration(GSA) System for Award Management(SAM)

The screening report provides the results for each name. If there is a match of any kind, the record of the identified user will need to be further examined by the school.
